Solar Power Production and Distribution Business
The Company’s solar power plant project is operated by The Solar Arcade Company Limited, which is the central company that manages 8 subsidiaries that are engaged in the business of producing and distributing electricity from solar energy with a total installed capacity of 7.825 megawatts, renting rooftop space from other private companies to install the system. Classified as a Very Small Power Producer : VSPP) by producing electricity for sale to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) by entering into a contract to purchase and distribute electricity (Power Purchase Agreement: PPA) for a total of 10 projects, which has a period of 25 years, starting on 31 December 2013 and ending on 31 December 2038.
Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FSO) Service Business
At the G1/61 oil field project or the Plathong field in the middle of the Gulf of Thailand of Nova X Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, which provides Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FSO) services to PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP).
